Here are some sedans that can be owned at an affordable price.

1. MARUTI SUZUKI DZIRE

Staring at Rs. 5.90 Lakh this car can be termed as the cheapest sedan at present. Apart from basic features Dzire comes with power steering, power windows front, driver airbag, alloy wheels, automatic climate control and ABS (Anti Lock Braking System) in this price range. Supercharger and turbocharger are not provided in dzire and of course, it has enough features according to the price range as a sedan. Overall it is a nice option in a very affordable range and comes under the Arena segment of Maruti Suzuki. The car is equipped with the happening wooden and cream colour interior designed by Arena with a touchscreen infotainment system and with a sleek and beautiful exterior, Dzire happens to be a very good option in the respected price range.

2. HONDA AMAZE

As per the name, Honda Amaze is an amazing car starting at Rs. 6.2 Lakh and a bit advance than its closest competitor i.e. Maruti Suzuki Dzire. First of all, Honda is more reliable than Maruti Suzuki nut parallelly even the maintenance cost of Honda motors is high. Secondly, Honda is known for the best CVT gearbox and Honda offers it in Amaze too. CVT is also an automatic gearbox but smoother than AMT which makes the drive very very smooth and relaxing. Amaze comes with Honda’s i-DTEC engine technology that offers mileage up to 21 Km/l and is equipped with the same features as Maruti Suzuki Dzire but to be honest the interior is not much impressive. It serves you a very basic interior having a touchscreen infotainment system but coming to the exterior design the car has a tough and reliable body.

3. Honda city

A very old and classy product of Honda motors i.e. Honda city is a proper sedan class car starting from Rs. 10.8 Lakhs. Providing a power of 98 bhp to the customers this car has always been considered as a beauty and a beast at the same time. Feel a next-level luxury with a beautiful dual-tone dashboard, leather seats and leather steering wheel that creates a rich ambience interior of the car. This 4549 mm long sedan looks very attractive when rolls on the roads. Coming to the technical part, the company provides airbags for safety, the body is very reliable and promising and gives a fuel economy of 18-24 Km/l even after offering a high power. Power and economy together is the best quality of Honda city. Honda provides a sufficient fuel tank of 40 Litres.

4. Hyundai Verna

Could be referred to as the best in class! On a serious note, there is nothing like Verna in the segment. A royal feel, a powerful machine and a tough body in the same car. It is a package of everything that is desired by a customer in a car. Pricing starts from Rs. 9 Lakh and offers a considerable mileage of 17-20 Km/l. Car is much spacious with a boot space of 480. Based on reviews, the car is equipped with almost all the basic features and especially Hyundai’s powerful air conditioner tends to be very impressive that changes the inner temperature in negligible time. No doubt this can be the best option in the Rs. 10 Lakh range.

5. Maruti Suzuki Ciaz

And a potential competition to Hyundai Verna from Maruti Suzuki Nexa. Fact is real that Ciaz is the longest and the most spacious sedan in the respective price range. It looks very royal, to be honest, doesn’t deliver much power as compared to Hyundai Verna but still a powerful machine. The best part is the performance promised by the company could be seen in this vehicle, serves a high fuel economy being a sedan and has an outstanding performance on highways. Ciaz is a premium product of Maruti Suzuki and this can be felt by its luxurious interior and enough space for passengers. ECO Illumination is a very attractive feature that changes the colour of the speedometer based on the way you drive. Smart senses turn on the AC and the car automatically when you are inside. The car starts at a very reasonable price of Rs. 8.30 Lakhs and offers an almost constant mileage of 20 Km/l, what more a buyer wants !! Highly durable with low service costs as compared to others. Very beautiful product from Nexa.

I don’t know why this car is so underrated! Toyota is a company to rely on based on the quality they provide. The reason could be its fuel economy. Yes, this is true that Yaris does not offer as mileage as other competitors in the segment but it is filled with so much power. Offering an unbelievable power of 106 bhp this car runs smoothly on the roads. This much performance is enough as per the price range. It starts from Rs. 8.8 Lakhs and looks very fluidic in shape and the 2020 model has been given very attractive headlights and a body that is very tough and safe. The fuel tank of 42 L makes it possible to enjoy long drives even the boot space is sufficient. If you haven’t checked out the beautiful interior of the car you are missing something. The superior 2-tone interior with grey shades is eye-catching and looks very sporty and aggressive with a touchscreen infotainment system. Projector headlamps make the vision clear and make your drive safe. One can go for it to enjoy the power of Toyota.
